Event Description: Bharatnatyam Arangetram Of Iptisha Gupta (d/o Anindita and Jaideep Gupta) Disciple of Padma Vibhushan Dr. Yamini Krishnamurti

Iptisha Gupta, daughter of Smt. Anindita and Sh. Jaideep Gupta, works for a leading Tax Compliance firm in the country. She volunteered with Make A Difference, where she taught foundational courses to High School students. She completed her schooling at Gyan Bharati School and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology.

The walls in her school are a testimony to her artistic talent which still have her paintings adorned. Her soulful voice captivated her college where she was a lead vocalist. In college, she exhibited not only academic adeptness but also ownership and collaborative skills in the Debate Society, Journalism club, and the Newsletter Team.

The Arangetram is a celebration of her devotion to the timeless art of Bharatanatyam. Her journey of learning this Classical form began when she was 3 years old. She was the youngest in class when she started her rigorous training under the guidance of her esteemed Guru, Padma Vibhushan Dr. Yamini Krishnamurti. She has honed her skills and imbibed the nuances of the art form. Besides, she received a certification in Bharatanatyam from the School of Performing Arts. Her performance was an apparent choice in all major school events. A health hiccup seemed to become a stumbling in her dancing journey, but she makes a comeback breaking all barriers, ready to give it her all. Beyond academics, arts, and leadership is an Iptisha who is an avid traveller. She enjoys exploring, capturing, and writing. Her spirit allows her to go out in the world and enjoy nature at its rawest form and meet people through whom she perceives different cultures. This admiration for cultural backdrops encouraged her to initiate the movement which she fondly calls Little Too Indian, aimed to carry and share the grace of our culture as she travels around.
Iptisha manifests dynamism, persistence, and compassion in every sphere of her life.
