There is discussion of Metro extension to Kapashera vide TOI 26-06-2013. I suggest that Sector - 21 Dwarka should be connected to Ghitorni a distance of < 9 Km via Bijwasan / Kapashera thus providing connectivity to Palam Vihar part of Gurgaon in particular.
