Event Description : 'Radical Transformational Leadership: Strategic Action for Change Agents' is a public lecture by Dr. Monica Sharma focusing on unleashing potential to create a new future through strategic action.

The talk draws on more than 2 decades of Dr. Sharma’s work with the UN and beyond, to describe how we can channel our inner-selves to present change, that expresses values - such as dignity, compassion & fairness - to transform conventions and norms to solve problems for a thriving planet. 

Dr. Monica Sharma received the Nautilus Gold Award for Business and Leadership in 2017 for her book of the same title and has worked with United Nations for over 20 years. She is a Tata Chair Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai and an International Expert & Practitioner on Leadership Development for sustainable and equitable change, working with universities, management institutions, governments, business, media and civil society organisations across the world.
