Event Description : IHC Lohri Celebrations presents the inimitable Chaar Yaar featuring composer-poet & vocalist Madan Gopal Singh; guitarist and banjo player Deepak Castelino; sarod player Pritam Ghosal and percussionist Amjad Khan. Followed by a concert by vocalist, Vidya Shah. The evening concludes with a performance by guest artiste-pop sensation, Jasbir Jassi
A special buffet created for the occasion by Old World Hospitality chefs will have traditional dishes like sarson da saag, makki di roti, mahcholian di dal, keema chakundari, dhabe ka kukkad, Amritsari kulcha, chhoti praunthi, paneer choliya, Amritsari aloo wadi, Amritsari machhi, and rabdi, to name a few.Some unusual recipes from the heart of Punjab, like the Ganne ke Raski Kheer, still feature on the Lohri menu.

see the continued and increasing popularity of the Habitat Lohri. Habitat has become
the annual destination for loyal audiences, who look forward to the continuity of the
rooted traditional content along with fresh new popular contemporary twists. Lohri at
