Event Description : DANCE "Ashtaleela" A Solo Bharatanatyam performance by Prachi Saathi. 

The explorations of the Ashtanayikas - the eight romantic archetypes of a woman in love - abound in dance and music. The idea finds new expression in ‘ASHTALEELA’, an interpretation of the Ashtanayikas through the verses of Surdas. Set in a magical moonlit night on the banks of the Yamuna, the story amplifies the metaphor of the divine Raas of the Gopikas with their Krishna.
