Event Description : TALK : Poet, lyricist and filmmaker, Gulzar delivers the first Khwaja Ahmed Abbas Memorial Oration and releases eight volumes of the writings of K A Abbas, recovered and edited by Prof. Irteza Karim, Director, National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language.
