Event Description : MUSIC : Mauseeqi By Mohsin Niazi

Mohsin Ahmed Niazi is the son of the famous sitar player Ustad Shamim Ahmed Khan. Mohsin received rigorous training in classical vocal from his maternal grandfather, Late Padmabhushan Ustad Khadim Hussain Khan, the doyen of Agra Gharana.

He displays a keen understanding of the asthetics of this traditional style of Agra Gharana endowed with a deep sonorous voice.
