Nisschal Zaveri, a highly acclaimed artist based in Mumbai, whose soulful renditions of original ghazals and thumris have touched the hearts of audiences worldwide. With a remarkable musical journey spanning Hindustani classical vocals, tabla, and music production, Nisschal has become a prominent figure in preserving and promoting Ghazals and thumris. He has also had the privilege of performing with the iconic Dr. Deepak Chopra, where Dr. Chopra delivered a captivating talk on "music as a bridge to the soul" during their collaboration. This unique performance showcased the profound impact of music on the human spirit.
The Anirudh Varma Collective, an empanelled ensemble with the ICCR, comprises over 150 musicians & artistes from across India, America, and Canada. The Collective aims to discover, re-discover, and present the tradition & diversity of Indian music in a contemporary yet rooted manner in order to make Indian Classical music accessible to audiences of all age groups and backgrounds.
