Event Description: Travel in time with Smita Jain's Past & Beyond

Smita Jain's architectural landscapes bring to the viewer an atmosphere, an environment which is laden with stories, emotions and experiences that might have been personal to Smita on her various travels to such locations but once painted and exhibited become a journey of the viewer which is individual to them. The structures with their inimitable designs are clearly suggestive of which part of the world they belong to and go beyond to present the past captured with its conversations, moments and feelings as fleeting passings. The colours and the textures add to the entire mystery and pull the viewer in, each time they are in attendance.
