The much loved and awaited World Sufi Music Festival: Jahan-e-Khusrau, designed and directed by Muzaffar Ali held under the aegis of Rumi Foundation returns to New Delhi.
Get ready for nation’s most beloved World Sufi Music Festival, Jahan-E-Khusrau founded by Muzaffar Ali as it’s returning to Delhi with its 15th edition to Arab Ki Sarai, Humayun’s Tomb from 6th to 8th of March 2020 with an impressive line-up of renowned artistes. The festival popularly known for its grandeur and glamour, promises to be much bigger with strikingly soulful performances by renowned groups for 3 days.
Set to begin from 6th March in the heart of the country, the festival which witnessed a footfall of more than 20,000 people visiting from different parts of the world during its last editions, assures an interesting itinerary with artistes like this year, the festival will showcase Manjari Chaturvedi, Murad Ali, Smita Bellur, Nooran Sisters, Saqinama by Khusravana Group, Mamta Joshi, Kanwar Grewal, Prakriti Prashant, Gurdas Maan, to name a few.
Music connoisseurs will also get to enjoy soulful renditions by the much Sufi singer Gurdas Maan, beautiful mystique moves of Prakriti Prashant a disciple of Kaushalya Reddy who will be translating bhavas of Sufism to Kuchipudi. Celebrating cultural diversity at its best, the festival also promises to provide a platform to various dance groups with an insightful exposure to the wide culture of our country.
Jahan e Khusrau 2020 explores new poetry, new voices holding out to each other the same mirror of human compassion with the same surrender and submission, same unending ecstasy with which the world was made and set into motion.

Unlike its past editions which were equally captivating for music lovers, Jahan e Khusrau 2020 presents the theme ~ LET LOVE REIGN~
Organized by Muzaffar Ali, a filmmaker, music aficionado, costume creator, artist and scion of the royal family of Kotwara, a princely state of Awadh is the man behind ‘Jahan-e-Khusrau’ and aims to create universal peace with Sufi Music in the world.
