Offline: at the venue during the Utsav days.
Note: Visitors are requested not to bring any water bottles, briefcases, handbags/ladies purses, cameras, radios/transistors, boxes, umbrellas, eatables etc. Such articles, if any, will have to be deposited at the entry point. Arrangements of drinking water, toilets, first aid / medical facility, rest rooms for senior citizens, women and children are provided at various places along the public route.

Event Description: Udyanotsav - Mughal Gardens is open for public every year in February and March. 

The main attraction of this year’s "Udyanotsav”, beside Tulips and Exotic flowers, are bulbous flowerings. Around 10,000 Tulips specially cultivated in Mughal Gardens are expected to bloom in phases during February. They are in vivid colors of red, white, orange and yellow mixed with red and pink.

Flower Carpets in magnificent designs will also be on display in the Central Lawns revealing the skill and craft of the gardeners of Rashtrapati Bhavan. The dominant color scheme of this year’s ornamental flowers is white, yellow, red and orange.

About Mughal Garden: This garden has 250 types of roses which make it the best rose garden in the world. The evergreen fragrant shrubs and creepers which are planted along the terrace wall are Raat ki Rani, Mogra, Motiy, Juhi, Bignenia Vanista ( Golden Showers ), Gardenia, Rhyncospermum, Petrea, Harshringar, Bougainvillea, Adenocalymma( Garlic Creeper ), Hedera Helix, Climbing Roses, Tecoma Grandiflora, The Rangoon Creeper.
