Event Description: Atelier’s ACT aka Atelier's Campus Theatre Festival is the most sought-after theatre festival in the Campus Theatre circuit across the country. It is an annual feature of Atelier Theatre Society, aims at providing professional space for the promotion of theatre & drama amongst youth, especially collegiate theatre societies and groups.

ACT Festival was humbly initiated in 2007 as an experiment, with a clear intent of sharing knowledge, technology, and understanding of theatre and performing arts. Besides, the team was assured of the fact that theatre movement can only succeed if the participation of youth can be assured. ACT festival becomes instrumental in assuring the same.

Since its inception, ACT festival has facilitated more than 500 productions across India and is growing linguistically, thematically as well as geographically. The 12th season of ACT will be initiated on February 23, 2020, in New Delhi by a collegiate full-length production, followed by street & stage performances in different venues and will culminate on March 29, 2020, in Mumbai (Schedule Enclosed).

About Atelier:-

Registered under Societies Act 1860, Atelier Theatre Society is a twelve-year-old nationally recognized Delhi-based theatre group. Recognized for its distinguished work in the domain of performing arts, Atelier is instrumental in creating spaces, audiences and programmes across different age-groups and regions. As the logo suggests, Atelier is an expression of "movement" and "space". It fundamentally creates space for all sorts of expressions, primarily in theatre arts. The loose moving arms are the "intentions" to gel in with people from all walks of life and the central circle is the neutral-unbiased space we had created and would intend to create for artists in future.
