Women’s Leadership and the Corporate Sector

The skewed percentage of women in the senior management positions in the corporate sector echo deep prevailing discriminatory and misogynistic policies, cultures and practices, and therefore, reflect the need to re-examine the realities through the multi-focal lens of inclusion, equity, and justice. This roundtable discussion seeks to open conversations on diverse perspectives on leadership and the opportunities women have today to set new benchmarks on output, efficiency and the ethics of care

First in a new series of discussions organised in collaboration with WISCOMP
