Event Description:
 Manuel de Falla: his life and his work, by Nicholas Hoffland. 

The figure of Manuel de Falla is essential to understand the evolution of Spanish music of the twentieth century. Author of the classics like 'El amor brujo', 'El sombrero de tres picos' or 'Noches en los jardines de España', de Falla is, together with Isaac Albéniz and Enrique Granados, the most universal of Spanish composers. In this conference, we will review his main works and his biography.
