A unique, sharply observed, sometimes dark and often hilarious portrait of everyday life for a unit of young, female soldiers in a remote Israeli desert outpost.
Awards: 2014 Tribeca Film Festival: The Founders Award for Best Narrative Feature (top juried award at the festival).2014 Tribeca Film Festival: Nora Ephron Prize. Nominated for twelve Ophir Awards, and won six of them including prizes for writer/director Talya Lavie.

A charismatic literature teacher and a strict, working-class father vie for influence over an Israeli teenager, who finds himself torn between the two very different role models.
