17th December: Zero Motivation (2014, 1h, 37mins, Israel) Dir.Talya Lavie.
A unique, sharply observed, sometimes dark and often hilarious portrait of everyday life for a unit of young, female soldiers in a remote Israeli desert outpost.
Awards: 2014 Tribeca Film Festival: The Founders Award for Best Narrative Feature (top juried award at the festival).2014 Tribeca Film Festival: Nora Ephron Prize. Nominated for twelve Ophir Awards, and won six of them including prizes for writer/director Talya Lavie.

18th December: Scaffolding ( Hebrew/2017/95 mins)Dir.Matan Yair.
A charismatic literature teacher and a strict, working-class father vie for influence over an Israeli teenager, who finds himself torn between the two very different role models.
Awards: Jerusalem film festival: Best Israeli Feature, Best Cinematography, Best Actor. Israeli Film Academy – nominated for 7 Ophir Awards, won for best actor.

19th December: Laces ( Hebrew/2018/98 mins) Dir. Jacob Goldwasser.
The film explores the complex dynamics of adult parent-child relationships through the delicate lens of its special-needs hero.

Awards: Israeli Film Academy: nominated for 8 Ophir Awards, including best film,  won for Best Supporting Actor.
