Event Description: MUSIC - A Fusion of Hindustani classical music and music from the region around Persia by Boustan, an ensemble of musicians featuring Shailendra Wakhlu (Guitar), Rahul Sharma (Tabla), Delphine Moulet (Flute) & Ejaz Hussain (Sarangi).

Boustān », means “garden”, in the Persian literature. Music as a garden, where nature has been arranged, where sound becomes music. A garden where the mind surrounded by the presence of natural shapes reaches a peaceful state, through harmonic frequencies.

Based on Hindustani classical music, Boustān plays original compositions and adaptations and is fused with the music that had already reached India five centuries ago: the music of the region around Persia.
