Event Description : The Grub Fest 

The Grub Fest is India's biggest food festival with the best restaurants displaying their signature delicacies over some good music and hearty performances to keep you entertained. Take in the aromas, try out interesting cuisines, fill your baskets with unique gourmet products, indulge in mouth-watering desserts and learn some of the best-kept food secrets from the most talented chefs from the country.

The Grub Theatre, a section especially curated for unique experiences and sessions, will be home to varied workshops during the three-day festival. Concocting unique drinks, celebrity mixologist Yangdup Lama will host a live session bringing never-heard-before drink ideas for your next house party to the table! If eating as many Hot Dogs and Momos as you wished was a part of your to-do list, challenge fellow-thinkers and participate in the Hot Dog and Momo eating competition. And after attending this food-heaven, if food blogging feels like your calling, catch popular food blogger Amar Sirohi talk about juggling between blogging and work.

The culinary extravaganza, which is presented by Black & White Packaged Drinking Water, will also unfurl gastronomical pleasures with the best delectable Indian and global cuisines along with foot-tapping music and unlimited entertainment. All set to cook up a storm, it will bring ethnic neighbourhood restaurants, inspired chef creations, upcoming food brands, special feature dishes & cocktails, groovy musical gigs to food and entertainment lovers across the country.

With a line-up of activities like cake decoration and baking workshops, movie screenings followed by interactive sessions, food styling and photography as also Q&A sessions, ‘The Grub Fest’ has something for everyone. Along with Indian regional cuisines, the festival will also be home to palatable cuisines including Lebanese, Oriental, European, Asian and Italian. The fest this year, will offer something for everyone – from your London style Hyde Park carnival games to a Central Park picnic area, from mixologists & chef masterclasses to live music by trending artists, an organic marketplace, wellness zone and more!


In its previous editions, the festival has attracted over 40,000 ticketed visitors per weekend and over 1,00,000 visitors in a single edition.  In the upcoming season, visitors at ‘The Grub Fest’ can indulge in gut-friendly finger foods, vegan choices, fusion dishes whilst making purchases at the special market for fresh organic fruits and vegetables straight from the farm and a variety of home bakes. Some of the other attractions besides the key highlights (see box) will include Grub chambers, a central park, a beer garden, food trucks, masterclasses by celebrity chefs and a juke box amongst others.
