Y. C. sharma is an amateur artist
by training an engineer by profession a marketing man
an artist by choice. did lead an active corporate life for around three decades helming
responsible positions in multinationals namely alembic, madura coats, vardhman, nahar,
shapoorji pallonji etc. but remained an artist first has no formal qualifications in arts
only natural flair coupled with passion to appreciate
and do arts. his work is figurative with lots of
asthetic punch. bulk of work is in black ink and pastels. he is inspired by people, places, trees and birds
