Event Description : American Center New Delhi invites you our spring Mela! Join us for a day filled with fun and informative programs.  With makerspace demonstrations, film screenings, a book sale, and information displays and sessions on visas, EducationUSA, Nexus, and SPAN Magazine, get a sneak peek into everything we have to offer! 

We invite our cherished visitors, new and seasoned, to stop by our May 25th American Center Mela and explore how our programs and services enlighten, enrich, and spur innovation.  

Enlightenment zone (basement level)
• Learn everything you wanted to know about applying for visas to the U.S. with our Consular expert
• Find a hidden treasure to take home with you at our book sale
• Drop in and speak to one of our advisors about pursuing higher education in the United States
• Partake in a film or two in our auditorium
• Visit our iHub to browse our collections of popular fiction and nonfiction and conduct research
• Enjoy our exhibition on women innovations in science and technology
• Peruse some issues of our flagship magazine about the U.S./India friendship, SPAN

Enrichment zone (ground level)
• Refuel and recharge in our ACND café
• Check in with one of our staff to help you find your next ACND adventure

Innovation zone (upper level)
• Experience makerspace technologies first-hand with our partners from MakersBox
• Observe young people solving today’s home automation challenges at our Internet of Things Hackathon
• Check out the products of our Nexus Start-up Hub alumni and learn about our innovative entrepreneurship programs
