Inner Konnect Art, an art project that seeks to educate, inspire and lift the creative spirits within is launching the first edition of "Le Verve Du Art-The Collective'
Le Verve du Verve is an honest attempt at celebrating arts where anyone, regardless of age or talent can exhibit and share. Working on the inclusive subtexts for the collective, the theme speaks about 'Peace - Not War | Creativity - Not Destruction | Empathy - Not Hate |
Genrosity - Not Greed | Everybody - Not Just us' through art series of performances, baithaks and art.
Participating Artists : Abhinav Goyal, Anitta Sethi, Bharti Verma, Gaurav Chawla, Jyoti Lahiri, Meenakshi Wadhwa, Mousumi Deka, Neerajj Mittra, Paramjet Singh, Parul Mehra, Ruchi Chadha, S.N. Lahiri, Sabia Khan, Sangam Peshawaria , Sonali Chaudhary, Shoumik Nag, Siddharth Jharia, Smita Jain, Vibha Maurya
For performances we have artists Praveen Verma, and Siddharth Jharia, Human Library by Mr. Sunny Mishra (Kali Hridey) and Poetry by Dr. Urshila Chanana accompanied by Ms. Rene Singh (Singer) and will also encourage participation from the audience to share on the theme impromptu for an inclusive effort," said Ruchi Chadha
There will be Art, poetry, story telling sessions, interactive talks and more to engage with the
audience.
The idea of getting together a talented pool of people under one roof for a week long art
extravaganza is worth a celebration in itself. From paintings, sculptures, interactive story-telling, and the elegant baithaks, all has been seamlessly brought together under a shared umbrella. Speaking about the exhibition, Gaurav Chawla, one of the founders IKA said "This is going to be a first initiative of such kind from our group. We are known to have multiple group shows with talented artists from inter-disciplinary backgrounds, so this time we put in performances to make it a truly inclusive participation from our patrons and well-wishers as well." It is worth mentioning that Gaurav's journey, which began almost fifteen years ago, is inspired by life itself. He embeds day-to-day life in his art works, whether it is the culture, traditions, or shapes — his works have a distinctly colourful edge. Ruchi, a graduate from the prestigious Delhi College of Art and a Buddhism practitioner incorporates the teachings of the world famous "Sokagakai - way of living" in her works,
which show movement and fluidity.
Le Verve du Art-The collective is a step towards Gaurav and Ruchi's journey of finding inner peace through art, music, poetry, sculpture, and story- telling amongst other forms of art. In their quest, they selflessly get together a bouquet of beautiful and talented souls for their yearly rendezvous.
