Event Description : THEATRE : Aadyantara presents “Samantak Teerth” a play on life of Shri Krishna by Madhuri Subodh, a retired professor from Lady Shri Ram College following her passion for theatre.  

Samantak Teerth -A play that gives a new perspective to the life of Shri Krishna-The Raj Yogi , the Karm Yogi, and the preacher of Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta. The Mythological epic transforms to take shape in context of the present, to inspire a brighter future.

The Bhagwat Purana describes Shri Krishna, as the God himself. His life in his karambhoomi-Vrindavan, Mathura, Indraprastha and Dwarka; bring out various facets of his ‘human nature’, that of a zealous young man who is ever so ready to be of service to others. Through His own actions He inspires  the goodness in others and sets an example for generations ahead on what the true nature of a person should be.
