Curator's Note : Every family passes down its own legacy, in one form or the other. In some, it takes the form of bequests, and in some others it manifests itself as creative expressions. Whether expressed as literature, decorative embroidery, or pictorial records of travels. These start perhaps as hobbies, cementing as interests, growing over time in refinement and finally becoming expressions of an identity. In the final count, they are all records of a heritage - and in being so, a small perspective into society and our world over the ages.
