Event Description : TALK "Self - Harm / Self-injurious Behaviour in Youth" by Dr. Urvashi Anand, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Vimhans. 

The session focusses on self-destructive behaviour in emotionally distressed teens and young adults. While it might seem counter-intuitive, for many youngsters this becomes a coping mechanism, which enables them to continue with their lives.
