Event Description : ART EXHIBITION / TALK "In My Own Words” on Mental Health

This event will feature eminent global mental health expert Vikram Patel in conversation with Ishita Mehra, artist and youth mental health advocate & Ishita Chaudhry, Ashoka Fellow, INK Fellow and Founder of The YP Foundation (TYPF)

During the Discussion the speakers will ask each other questions about their personal experiences of mental health and will be concluded by the launch of an illustrated zine book, “Unspoken Story”, by Ishita Mehra.
