Event Description : ART EXHIBITION "The Lotus Pond : A series of Landscape" solo art show by Nisha Dial

Nisha is an artist who looks at the world with a poet’s heart. The interplay of light and darkness- the nuances of Nature in its splendor fascinates her. Landscapes are her favorite. Deeply touched by the works of French impressionist Claude Monet she creates landscapes that bring out the magic of the scene. Using acrylic/oil paints and a variety of ingenious tools she creates interesting textures which give her paintings a language of their own. Her style is contemporary and her outlook modern. Lotuses are her favoriteflowers and she uses them in her paintings liberally. Her style is original and secular. She also tends to present realistic paintings. Her colors our vivid and yet subtle, leaving the viewer refreshed.
