In today’s digital world, accessing and disseminating information has never been easier. This phenomenon has given rise to a new actor – the citizen journalist – who has harnessed this new technology to become an agent for social change. The panelists will address the progress made and the hurdles that still need to be overcome to make citizen journalism a more reliable medium of sharing news.
The panelists are:
