It is a hindi language play, through which we will get an opportunity to become aware about the aspects of a kinnar society which let us acknowledge their struggles, miseries & lifestyle. This story is of a common man who turned into uncommon through
whatever he has been.
This play also gives a very important message of humanity which says, No matter in what way god has sent us on this earth, Everyone has the right for an equal livelihood regardless of any form, caste, creed,status, religion or background. The story unfolds that how a person survives in such a miserable world fighting for earning the basic necessities, & how for such necessities he/she has to deal with the outer world & yes..how sometimes such basic needs let one's life turn into a permanent destroyal or we
can say happiness in return of a lifefull of compromises & sheer pain. A person or common man who seeks for gaining his own identity turns into uncommon in willingness to get it done.
Mera Wajood is a story which not only highlights the lifestyle of a kinnar but also the harsh reality of the present society. The so called 'WAJOOD' or "IDENTITY" is not that earning which comes easily sometimes it becomes worse when a person has to compromise everything for somethings in life.
