Sunit Tandon introduces the famous film of one of the world’s best-loved operas. Carmen tells the story of the downfall of Don José, a naïve soldier who is seduced by the wiles of the fiery Gypsy, Carmen with tragic consequences. Before the screening commences, India’s leading tenor, London-based Anando Mukerjee, will be singing excerpts from the opera LIVE ON STAGE, including the famous “Flower Song”. Not to be missed!
