Woody Allen’s humorous classic play “Side Effects” is an Indian adaptation, inspired by three of his wittiest and funny stories “ The Lunatics Tale ”, “Retribution” and “Remembering Needleman”
Dr Arup Dutt, a renowned surgeon of delhi, was always a one-woman man. Until his beloved Indrani started resembling his Aunt. Watch him turn into a two-timing lunatic, braving the most common predicament , that afflicts a good many of us! Never being satisfied with a single member of the opposite sex!
Back in Mumbai, we meet Rustom Billimoria , a young and handsome eligible bachelor. Born and bred in a traditional parsi family, he is a confused Bawa with a difference. He and Carol D’cunha are madly in love with each other and have a live in relationship. But a series of hilarious turn of events compel Rustom to marry Carol’s fabulous mother Sherlyn D’cunha!
Move over to Kolkatta and witness Prof. Partho Chattoupadhyay, deliver one of the most bizarre and funny ‘Condolence Speech’ ever delivered, on the death of his childhood friend, Prof. Partho Mukhoupadhyay.
