Event Description : This month, Dr. Kuldeep Chand Agnihotri will be the Resource Person. He is the Vice Chancellor of Central University, Dharmshala, H.P. His fifteen books are already published. Dr. Agnihotri will read from his book "Jammu Kashmir ke Jannayak: Maharaja Hari Singh". This is the first book on Maharaja Hari Singh which opens new path from the pre defined conceptions.
