Event Description : TALK "Recognizing the Lakshanas of Indian Design" by Anisha Shekhar Mukherji 
The implication of being ‘Indian’ and what that means to ‘Design’ are fundamental to the context in which we work and live, shaped by a world-view which seeks to explain things through their lakshanas, attributes. The talk explores this world-view and its expression particularly in architecture—within the larger questions of what is Indian and what is Design?
