Speaker: Shri Krishan Kalra, an engineer by training, formerly Additional Secretary-General, FICCI; former Secretary-General, PHD Chamber of Commerce; also President of the All India Management Association & also Delhi Management Association; presently does voluntary work in the areas of skill development, health care, environment conservation, urban development and empowerment of differently abled people

Climate Change is no longer a mystery, it is not the imagination of some scientists - as non-believers would say a few years ago. It is today a harsh reality, evidenced by frequent extreme weather events like cloud bursts, flash floods and droughts happening all too often. Everyone needs to know about the simple science behind it, it's severe effects on our lives and - most importantly - realize that human action is largely responsible for the sorry state of affairs. Human action alone can arrest the deadly march and mitigate the damage
