2017 is being celebrated as the centenary year of Champaran Satyagraha. The film highlights the launch of Champaran Satyagraha by Gandhiji in April, 1917 to better the lot of indigo planters. Documentary also focuses on the present condition of the places associated with Gandhiji's non-violent movement against the British rulers in Champaran.
