Ms. Gavin has wide-ranging experience in copyright registration and enforcement, and a multitude of e-Commerce issues, including technology development and licensing. She began her legal career by practicing for over ten years at two "mega" firms - McGuireWoods LLP and ReedSmith, LLP serving as a member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups of each. She has also worked with the McGuireWoods' Technology and Venture Capital team, as Well as Reed Smith's Media and Entertainment team and Marketing and Advertising team.
