Event Description : DANCE DRAMA "Anamika"
An Old World Culture Presentation 

An amalgamation of classical Indian dances and theatre, this production features three mythological stories through classical dance forms of Bharatanatyam (the story of Devaki), Odissi (the story of Radha) and Kathak (the story of Draupadi). Making these experiences relevant in a contemporary Indian context is Anamika – the modern, urban Indian woman, who speaks to the audience in English.
