This month - Reconstructing Sultanate Delhi: Between Textual Renditions and Architectural Remnants by Dr. Sunil Kumar, Professor of Medieval History, Delhi University. The lecture discusses how textual descriptions of Sultanate Delhi do not sometimes coincide with the ways in which we understand the detritus of its monumental architecture, opening interesting interpretive questions and some uncomfortable conclusions.
