Join us for the imaginative play Das kleine Ich-bin-Ich, adapted as a play from the same title children’s book by Mira Lobe and Susi Weigel and presented by Bachelor students of the Centre of German Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Das kleine Ich-bin-Ich tells the timeless story of a small, multicolored beastie, with long drooping ears, pink checkered body and long colored tail in search for its own identity as it doesn’t resemble another animal.


The text by Mira Lobe is written in rhyme and shows in a heart-warming manner that even a children ́s book can deal with big philosophical questions like „Who am I?“ and „How am I different?“.
