Make your senses go into a tizzy with a group exhibition of works by ART KONSULT. These works will take you to a playful place a dreamland perhaps where reality becomes a mere illusion. The show boasts of works from old masters to the newer contemporary lot. One section of the exhibition is dedicated to the folk and tribal art paintings; these depict the traditional and cultural vibrancy through its colorful designs treated with mystical motifs.  

The old masters include works from F.N Souza, Gopal Ghose, M.F Husain, K.G Subramanyan, Jamini Roy, Abanindranath Tagore to name a few. The newer contemporary lot especially Gurmeet Marwah and Steven Gandhi take you to their own special whimsical fantasy of love depicting hope and aptly justify it by the vibrancy of colours. Dhiraj Choudhury’s works are play in progress, the characters freely living their part of his canvas, if he could paint as a new born he would such are the playful creations of his fantasies. 
The space of abstracts is mastered by Kalicharan Gupta, Sangeeta Gupta while Samit Das’s compositions are a juxtaposition of time and space. The unfinished lines and distorted perspective gives the viewer a sense of incompleteness, and the random paths of movement create numerous layers of infinite depth, evoking curiosity.  

Shampa Sircar Das’s vibrant yellow and reds, the blues and whites are juxtaposed to construct a range of hues that sedate and exhilarate almost simultaneously while Saba Hassan works take you to a magical mysterious space all together. So indulge your fantasies with a show that will steal your heart away!!!
