Candles in the Wind Wind 
(Punjabi/2013/54:30mins)  This documentary tackles the farmer suicides in Punjab and traces the build-up and aftermath. While men find escape in death, the widows bear the burden of debts. The struggle of these women provides a window into the social-economic flux in rural India.

The film is an Intimate poetic window into the lives of the Kondh adivasis in Odisha and their determination of not letting go of their revered forests. The Kondhs have internalised the forest – pacing the rhythms of their lives with the cycle of the seasons.
