Event Description : FILM : The Indian Express Group presents "Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro" Hindi Comedy Film Screening

This classic film is a dark satire on the rampant corruption in Indian politics, bureaucracy, news media and business. The movie is about two professional photographers who start a studio only to find things going wrong from its inception. Their photographic assignments lead them to expose shady facts about the city builders, municipal officers and others. The film reveals many evils through its hilarious style, which weaves into the film narrative, slapstick comedy, as well as epic (Mahabharata) episodes to incisive effect.
