Event Description : CMS Vatavaran presents "Wildes Skandinavien - Das Abenteuer (Wild Scandinavia - The Adventure)" documentary film screening.
Rugged fjords, erupting volcanoes, cliffy coasts and primeval forests - the series "Wild Scandinavia" presents the untamed nature in Northern Europe in breath-taking pictures. Far from human settlements the film crews managed to capture impressive, never seen scenes of polar bears, musk oxen, brown bears, arctic foxes or elks. "The Adventure" takes a look behind the scenes and features the sometimes dangerous, sometime bizarre and exciting adventures of the nature film makers during their three years filming work. The four teams have been out in the most remote regions from Denmark to Greenland and Iceland to Finland - to document unique animal behaviour and the breathtaking landscapes of the far North, spanning four years of production with almost 2.000 shooting days in the field.
