Event Description : Epic Children’s Series. "The Magic Of Bharatanatyam" A workshop conducted by Dancer (Padmashri) Geeta Chandran.
An introduction to Indian classical dance, with a special focus on Bharatanatyam. 

Participants will be taken through the various facets of classical dance: Basic posture, Hasta-Mudras (hand gestures), Abhinaya (expression), Tala (rhythm), and Natya (the art of telling stories).
