Event Description : Bhavya Cultural Society and The River present a theatre treat of Munshi Premchand's writings- "Just Premchand" Three plays based on his famous stories- Vidhvans, Gulli Danda and Juloos. Aman Kumar and Vikas Sharma have directed these plays. Sanjay Aman Popli has coordinated the production setup. Each play has a great message to take away with.

1) Vidhvans- A story of an old lady who is ill treated by a landlord, poetic justice in the end.

2) Gulli Danda- How we forget our childhood friends and games as we grow up. A revisit to the childhood days.

3) Juloos- An incident during the freedom struggle which changes the heart of a tough and stubborn British Indian Police officer.
