While the session will make the children understand that more than just the course knowledge – it is the mental state that will get them to excel – for the parents it will spell out the role they need to play in creating a success mindset. The workshop is conducted by renowned psychologist Dr Aruna Broota and Giraj - a well known corporate trainer who has been working on Optimism as a competency.
