Event Description : IGNCA Book Circle @ Reference Library. Under the Outreach initiative the IGNCA Book Circle has a monthly event held on the fourth Thursday of every month.

This month Prof. Sheoraj Singh Bechain will read from his autobiography "Mera Bachpan Mere Kandhon par" which is remarkable writing published by Vani Prakashan. Prof Sheoraj is teaching in Hindi Department of Delhi University.He has been awarded Sahitya Bhushan, Uttar Pradesh,Hindi Sansthan Lucknow .Prof. Kalicharan from Hindi Department of Lucknow University will moderate the Session.
