Event Description : As you are aware 2 April is World Autism Awareness Day as designated by the United Nations General Assembly in 2007. The day of 2 April as well as the entire month of April is marked around the world with activities to create awareness on autism. In India too, many autism organizations across the country observe the month of April as World Autism Awareness Month.

As part of our observance of Autism Month, Action for Autism holds the fifth art show VIEWS FROM PLANET AUTISM 2015, a group show by 28 artists who are on the Autism Spectrum.After the huge success of Views from Planet Autism 2012, 2013 & 2014, we wish to make this year an even bigger event. Views from Planet Autism 2015, is an exhibition and sale of canvasses by artists on the Autism Spectrum. Artists from all over the country will be invited to send in their works for the show. The purpose is to encourage those individuals who have true articitc merit towards a career in art. We hope artists whose works are selected can be invited to the show and be introduced to visitors to the exhibition. The event will be held at the Open Palm Court Gallery, India Habitat Centre from 9-11 April 2015.

Objective of Planet Autism 2015:
To create awareness of the diversity of the autistic condition
To create awareness of ability of individuals with autism
To provide a platform where persons with autism they can showcase their creativity and consider a future career in art.
To further Inclusion and Awareness of individuals with autism
