Event Description :  Story Ghar is an independent organization that offers integrated learning through storytelling. We are a team of Storytellers, Theatre Artists, Educationists and Media & Marketing professionals working with Schools, NGOs and government organizations since 2012.

We reach out to children, parents and teachers through storytelling shows, festivals, workshops and programs.

After successfully hosting Symposium 2014, Story Ghar is organizing a Storytelling Workshop for Teachers.

The module of the workshop includes demonstration, presentation on benefits of storytelling, group activities and group presentations.

Workshop Objectives:
To explore the strengths of Storytelling
To showcase proofs of change/benefits that are brought about using Storytelling
To develop an appreciation of stories as educational resources
To present the technique of finding and creating stories and make lesson plans
To demonstrate the craft of telling stories 
NCERT has joined hands and Prof. Usha Sharma , Associate Professor , Department of Elementary Education, National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT)is going to be one of the distinguished Resource persons along with Jaishree Sethi, Creative Director, Story Ghar.
