Swar Spandan is being organized on the occasion of 86th Birth anniversary of Master Luthier Pandit Bishan Dass Sharma, by Sanjay Rikhiram Vadya Parampara. The tribute will see performances by Performances by Pandit Ronu Majumdar for Bansuri accompanied by Pandit Mithilesh Kumar Jha for Tabla, Pandit Durga Prasad Majumdar for Pakhawaj, Pandit Sudhir Pandey for Tabla & Rishab Sharma & Meera Parsad for Sitar
With an unfailing resolve to promote and reiterate the art of instrument playing and making, the Sanjay Rikiram Vadya Parampara has been organising annual tribute concerts for the past 5 years. The organiser Sanjay Rikhiram is one of the best known names from the country in the field of instrument making credit with many firsts to his credit, while working for legendary musicians such as Pandit Ravi Shankar, Amaan Ali Khan among others.
