Event Description : "Art For Concern" The Annual Show of Indian Art.
A group art show by masters of Today & Tomorrow at Affordable prices. 

Art is not just for art's sake.  40 artists will exhibit their masterpieces to contribute towards grassroots programmes in the areas of education, health and community development. ‘Art for Concern’, a two day annual art exhibition organised by Secure Giving in aid of Concern India Foundation will be held at the Open Court Gallery, India Habitat Gallery, Lodhi Road Delhi on 26 February,2015 from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm and on 27 February,2015 from 11:00 am to 5:00pm  . Each year 11 Art for Concern shows are held across as many as 7 cities in India.

Showcasing an eclectic and authentic collection of art by masters and promising  artists, the show boasts of works by acclaimed artists like T. Vaikuntam, Suhas Roy, Ramananda Bandyopadhya, Jogen Chowdhury, Jayasri Burman, Sanjay Bhattacharya, Gogi  Saroj Pal, Shyamal Mukherjee, Seema Kohli and  Sudip Roy, to name a few. While the focus is to raise funds for underprivileged  sections of society, this exhibition also uses this opportunity to bring forward the  works of struggling artists, thus providing them a platform unlike any other.

A majority of the art works are priced between Rs 15,000 and Rs 45,000, with nothing over Rs 70,000. So not only art collectors, even mere art enthusiasts will get an opportunity to make these masterpieces a part of their collections.
