Event Description : "The Remains of the Day" film screening. 

Remains of the Day (1993), set again in the English countryside is an adaption of Kazuo Ishigura’s novel about a butler who sacrificed body and soul to service in the years post-World War II, and his later realization about how misguided his loyalty was. The film was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Screenplay, 1993.
